Website Terms of Use

Effective date October 19, 2026

1 Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Loanhouse Mortgage Capital, Inc.’s website at www.loanhousetpo.com, including the same website accessed at loanhousetpo.com (the Website). Loanhouse, we, us, and our mean Loanhouse Mortgage Capital, Inc. You and your mean the person using the Website and, when applicable, an organization that person is authorized to represent.

The Website provides information about mortgage products and services and links to point-of-sale portals where borrowers may complete applications and upload documents. These Terms govern Website use. Separate terms, disclosures, and authorizations presented within a linked portal govern that portal and its application and document-submission features.

Please read these Terms before using the Website. When asked to accept them, selecting the acceptance checkbox or button signifies your agreement. If you do not agree, do not use features requiring acceptance.

These Terms do not replace or amend loan documents, required disclosures, rate lock agreements, broker or correspondent agreements, or other separately accepted agreements. If a conflict concerns a particular transaction or service, its applicable agreement controls, subject to law.

2 Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to submit an application or establish an account. If acting for a business or another person, you must have appropriate authority.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including obtaining information, requesting assistance, and accessing authorized application services. Mortgage products and services are available only where Loanhouse is appropriately licensed or otherwise permitted to conduct the applicable activity. Website access does not establish eligibility for a product or service.

3 Mortgage information and financing decisions
Website content is general information. Product descriptions, calculators, pricing tools, payment examples, and eligibility results may rely on assumptions and may not reflect every cost, requirement, or circumstance.

Unless expressly stated in a separate applicable agreement, Website content and preliminary results are not a loan approval, commitment to lend, or rate lock. Submitting information does not guarantee approval, particular terms, or funding.

Loan decisions depend on applicable underwriting requirements, verification, property review, required documentation, and other lawful conditions. Rates, fees, programs, and availability may change, subject to law and any binding agreement.

Nothing in these Terms changes when information constitutes an application under applicable law or limits obligations to provide disclosures, notices, or decisions within required timeframes.

4 Information and documents you submit
Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and promptly notify Loanhouse of material errors or changes relevant to your request or application.

Submit another person’s information only with appropriate authority and required notices or permissions. Your acceptance of these Terms does not substitute for another person’s required signature or consent.

Subject to law, applicable privacy notices, and any required separate authorization, Loanhouse may review, process, and verify submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate or administer a transaction, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Submission does not transfer ownership of your personal information or grant unrestricted rights to use it.

5 Privacy and sensitive information
Our Privacy Policy at https://loanhousetpo.com/privacy.html explains our information practices. Additional financial privacy notices and portal-specific disclosures may apply to your application or transaction.

Complete applications and upload supporting documents through the designated point-of-sale links provided by Loanhouse. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, identification documents, tax returns, bank statements, or other sensitive information through general Website contact forms or ordinary email.

Loanhouse’s handling of information received through an application portal is subject to applicable law and applicable privacy notices. A portal provider’s separate notice applies to that provider’s own practices. Accepting these Terms does not provide unrestricted permission to use or share information or replace any required authorization or consent.

6 Credit reports and verification authorizations
Accepting these Terms or browsing the Website does not, by itself, authorize Loanhouse to obtain a consumer credit report. Credit reports and verification services will be obtained only when permitted by law and subject to required separate authorizations or disclosures. Additional authorizations may be requested during the application process.

7 Communications and electronic records
If you request assistance or submit an inquiry or application, Loanhouse may contact you to respond, obtain information, provide updates, or administer your application or transaction, as permitted by law and consistent with applicable communication preferences.

Loanhouse does not send marketing text messages or engage in automated calling. These Terms do not request or obtain consent for those activities.

When legally required records will be delivered electronically, any required electronic-delivery consent will be requested separately through the applicable application or disclosure process. That process will explain the scope of consent, access requirements, withdrawal procedures, and paper-copy options.

8 Accounts and security
If you create an account through a linked portal, protect your login credentials, use available security features, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through its designated support channel or to Loanhouse. Do not share credentials or access another person’s account without authorization. Portal-specific account terms also apply.

No Internet service can be guaranteed completely secure or continuously available. This does not reduce Loanhouse’s legal obligations to safeguard information. Independently verify unexpected requests for money, changes to wiring instructions, or requests for sensitive information using a previously verified telephone number.

9 Brokers correspondents and other representatives
If you submit borrower information as a broker, correspondent, or other representative through a linked service, you are responsible for having authority and satisfying the notice, consent, licensing, and information-handling requirements applicable to your activities.

Website access does not establish approval as a Loanhouse business partner or create an agency relationship. Separate approval requirements and business agreements apply.

10 Prohibited activity
You may not submit information you know is false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized; impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; bypass security controls or access restricted systems or records; introduce malicious software or interfere with operations; scrape, harvest, or extract nonpublic information without authorization; or use the Website in violation of law or another person’s rights.

11 Website ownership and linked services
Loanhouse or its licensors own the Website’s protected content, branding, software, and design. You may view content and retain copies reasonably necessary for your transaction or authorized business relationship. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires permission unless allowed by law.

The Website includes links to point-of-sale portals for applications and document uploads and may link to other services. Review the terms, privacy notices, disclosures, and authorizations presented by those services before using them.

A linked service may operate on another domain or use a technology provider. This does not eliminate Loanhouse’s responsibilities under law for information it receives or providers acting on its behalf. A link to an unrelated third-party website does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

12 Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, general Website content and tools are provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may correct errors, maintain systems, and modify Website features. These actions do not modify binding transaction agreements or excuse legally required disclosures, notices, or services. Website content is not individualized legal, tax, or investment advice.

13 Limitations and preservation of rights
To the extent permitted by law, Loanhouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, general Website content or tools.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not eliminate obligations concerning personal information, lending, servicing, required disclosures, or any separately binding agreement.

Nothing in these Terms waives a nonwaivable consumer right, prevents a complaint to a regulator, or restricts a remedy preserved by applicable law.

14 Suspension and termination
We may restrict Website access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.

An access restriction does not itself cancel an application, alter a loan agreement, eliminate notice obligations, or prevent you from exercising legal rights. Contact Loanhouse if you need assistance accessing transaction information.

15 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. Where required by law or the nature of a change, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed acceptance. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing loan agreement or a dispute that arose before the change.

16 Applicable law and severability
Applicable federal law and the state laws that properly govern the matter apply to these Terms. Nothing here deprives you of protections required by the law applicable to you or your transaction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
